Cancellation Policy

Terms & Conditions
By booking a trip with Mom Getaway Co., you agree to the following:

Payments
All prices are based on one mom + 1 child unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Airfare & Transportation
Airfare is not included unless explicitly stated in the package description. Guests must arrange flights to align with designated shuttle pickup times.
Arrivals outside of shuttle times require guests to arrange and pay for their own transportation to the property.
All payments must follow the agreed payment plan. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Passports & Visas
Your passport must be valid.
Any necessary visas or travel documents are your responsibility.

Itinerary & Activities
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Some activities require a minimum number of participants to operate.
Participation in all activities is voluntary and at your own risk.

Liability
Mom Getaway Co. is not liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, delay, or damage to personal property during your participation in the trip.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unforeseen events.

Cancellation Policy
To protect the integrity of our trips and our commitments to vendors, the following applies:
Deposits: Non-refundable.
91+ days before departure: Refund of payments beyond deposit, minus $250 administrative fee.
90–61 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost forfeited.
60 days or less before departure: 100% of total trip cost forfeited.
Name changes for original guests are allowed up to 10 days before departure. (subject to approval).
💡 Tip: We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance with trip cancellation coverage.

Cancellations After Full Payment

If you cancel after your trip is paid in full, all payments remain non-refundable. This is because accommodations, excursions, transportation and group experiences are secured in advance and are non-recoverable.

You may:

  • Transfer your booking to another eligible guest up to 14 days before departure, subject to a $150 transfer fee.

  • File a claim with your travel insurance provider for reimbursement. (We will provide all documentation of your payments and booking details)

  • Absolutely no credits will be issued for cancellations within 30 days of departure unless your space is re-sold. If re-sold, you will be refunded your total paid minus the non-refundable deposit and transfer fee.

    Photography & Media Policy
    By joining a Mom Getaway Co. trip, you grant permission for photographs and videos to be taken.
    These images may be used for promotional purposes (social media, website, printed materials) without compensation.
    If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify the trip leader in writing before the trip begins.
    All official trip photos and videos will be shared with participants after the trip.

    Code of Conduct
    To ensure an enjoyable experience for all:
    Treat all participants, staff, and locals with respect.
    Harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behavior from moms or children will not be tolerated.
    Excessive intoxication, illegal drug use, or any behavior that endangers others will result in removal from the trip at your expense and without refund.
    Parents/guardians are responsible for their children.
    Mom Getaway Co. reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund if their behavior negatively impacts the group.
